The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

LikedThe facilities were amazing, especially the pool area. The room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great!

DislikedI would recommend to have private transportation to the airport available.

Likedroom size acceptable, lobby area so good ,the pool was one of the best for sure the staff was so perfect .

DislikedThe water pressure at the bathroom not that powerful, it can be more beater then this so for the people they dream with morning shower maybe they will disappointed. I miss my Arabic tv channels.

LikedThe friendliness of the staff is unmatched. They always responded with such warmth. There was nothing we requested for that was attended promptly.

LikedGreat staff, smooth check in and check out. Rooms are large and the beds were soft. Service was great

DislikedPool was way too hectic over the 4th of July weekend. Too many people were allowed in from the adjoining JW Marriott property and the games section , ping pong table fusbal etc were not well maintained

Likedthe staff where amazing very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spacious . the location was handy to shopping areas and other attractions . I would definitely stay there again

LikedAmazing hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Spacious room and wonderful food.

LikedAttentiveness Facilitates Great beds Fantastic club lounge with Eggcelent Easter celebrations
