LikedThe property was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful and provided exceptional customer service.
DislikedThe pool and spa area needs to be updated and made to have a more luxurious feel. With that said the pool and spa area is clean and still a nice place to enjoy cooling down in.

LikedWe were very happy with our stay here at Hotel Paseo. It was quiet and clean and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a spa for treatments, and a great swimming pool with a few cabanas for rent and a bar for drinks and food poolside. The small cafe was perfect for a quick snack or small breakfast, and if you want more, there is a restaurant connected. The valet service was exceptional and the location is prime for anyone on a mission to do some shopping. The room was spacious and clean and great comfy bedding! We would definitely stay here again.

LikedOur favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Palm Desert. Great location. Great to walk to all the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Very good accommodations, love the pool, the staff is excellent! We enjoy the restaurant in the hotel with live music on many of the nights.

LikedLocation, cleanness, friendliness of staff. Pool and area were excellent. The lobby has lots of spaces to relax and it is exquisitely decorated. The daily, free yoga classes were excellent.
DislikedPoor breakfast options. The restaurant staff was not very friendly. They wanted to charge 20% more if we wanted to take the food (by ourselves) for our son to our room - where he was still asleep due to jet lag.
