LikedEverything is completely excellent! Location, view, service, staff, food etc. Pro tip - book a table in Edge steakhouse as soon as you can prior to your check in. It's a great place and if you hope to walk in - no chance for it.

LikedWe live in Rancho Mirage and decided to spend Christmas at the Ritz because it is so festive there with beautiful Christmas decorations and Happy hour. The staff are friendly and accommodating! DislikedOur reservation for dinner time and table was not correct, but we got a better table, but we had to wait. The meal was delicious.

LikedWe loved all of the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. The location was beautiful and views from everywhere were stunning. It was also great to see the accommodations for kids, maybe we will bring ours in the future. Special thanks to Joni who made extra effort to welcome us with champagne once she found out we were celebrating our anniversary.
LikedThe outdoor patio and firepit, along with the smores kit, really made our stay memorable.
DislikedThe food at the State Fare was not impressive and far too expensive for its quality. There was no place to get an espresso unless at the restaurant, which wasn't great.
