LikedMy 7 year old daughter loved Henry (the robot) delivering to our room. The staff was amazing! And I will definitely be returning for another stay.

“Wonderful stay in San Fransisco”
LikedThe location is perfect, as it is close to bus stops and train stations, with a lovely bakery within 5 minutes walk. In addition, the San Francisco Giants are located nearby. Finally, the room is comfortable, and the blackout curtains are definitely helpful for a good night's rest.

“Great hotel”
LikedThe room is lovely, with a beautiful ocean view. It’s very comfortable and wonderfully designed. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The location is perfect, with highly recommended restaurants and cafés just a one-minute walk away. The rooftop bar has a fantastic atmosphere and is a great place to spend the evening. Highly recommended for a romantic couples’ getaway!

DislikedA restaurant. They have a club, wine bar, and cocktail lounge, but not a restaurant. (As far as I could tell)
Liked5 min walk from Oracle Park. 15 min walk to Pier 39. Great dining options in/on the hotel. Friendly delivery robots too!

LikedUnmatched location if you are attending an event at the Chase Center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My favorite hotel in SF.

LikedAbsolutely gorgeous hotel, terrific staff and excellent, spacious rooms. They’ve thought of many of the little things that make a stay enjoyable - free waters at check in, blue nightlight under the bathroom sink, plenty of outlets in both sides of the bed, etc. Within walking distance of the Oracle Park and a generally quiet and clean part of the city.
DislikedThe only thing that could be a little better is the lighting above the beds. It was a bit too bright for our liking.
