LikedEverything. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were welcomed with champagne and the choice of rose champagne. The staff treats you as if you are their only guest, they take as much time as you need or wish for. Complimentary ride to restaurants and other places within a short distance that is still very worthwhile to use. Nice rooftop bar and seating area with a pool. Cool thing is the Photo Booth. We had a large corner room with nice seating area as well as seating area for make up or using it as a working desk. Complimentary coffee and other items for sale downstairs. If we go back to Savannah then we will go back to this hotel.

DislikedStaff was not attentive. They were slow, didn’t take responsibility for mistakes. Slow getting luggage up, kind of clueless on things.

DislikedThere is not a coffee maker in the room which would have been nice. Other than that the room, staff, facilities, amenities were stellar...

LikedThe hotel is in a perfect location btw the river and Forsyth park, you can walk everywhere! The customer service is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Champagne is offered all day at the front desk. You can ask for a Keurig coffee machine in your room if you want. There’s streaming in the room and a comfortable couch. They provide bathrobes.
DislikedFor the high price we pay for the room, it would be nice to have breakfast included.
