LikedFrom the time we arrived, bell desk, front desk, our room was not ready as we arrived early, however the front desk was very accommodating and had a room prepared for us as soon as possible. While we waited we went the restaurant and had brunch. It was amazing 👏. The server was great and very knowledgeable and sold me on the hotels signature cocktail "Tequila Sunrise ".

LikedRoom super pretty and comfortable. The bar and lobby area is exquisite. Pools are fun and relaxing and lots to choose from. We took the historic tour and I recommend it. It was super fun and ended with a Tequila Sunrise which was delicious. Friendly tour guide!

DislikedReally not much I can say about what I did not like.

LikedEntering the Arizona Biltmore feels like stepping into a visionary idea—a refined compromise between living in comfort and embracing the secluded nature of the desert. Here, comfort and architecture exist in perfect harmony, made even more remarkable by the fact that this concept was conceived nearly a century ago. Spacious common areas, polished service, and a strong sense of tradition fully justify its five-star status. A timeless icon that continues to deliver.

DislikedOne drawback worth noting is that the hot tub located in the non–adults-only area did not clearly indicate restrictions regarding children. Given that hot tub use is generally not recommended for young children, clearer signage or communication would have been appropriate to avoid confusion.

LikedWe stayed here for our honeymoon, we loved the amenities, especially the adults only pool. And the food was fantastic! Every staff member was very polite and willing to assist us especially once they found out we were on our honeymoon.

DislikedThe only thing we didn’t like is that the bar closed at the adults only pool at 5pm. Being that it’s 24 hours we would’ve liked for it to stay open longer.

LikedEverything about this place is amazing. Great good, pools open 24 hours, amazing room, comfortable beds.

DislikedToo many mosquitoes at the pool. Also, the parking situation sucks. You have to park on one side of the property then walk like half a mile to your room. Not easy with bags. Most people just valet but if you have any really fragile items or kids it can be difficult.

LikedLoved the property, outdoor decor and flowers, and how huge it was. I also received exceptional service, and felt like everyone was genuinely so kind. The slides were a hit with my daughter!

DislikedHidden fees and automatic gratuity without asking,. That also is deceptive in how the tip showed up for room service.

LikedBeautiful facility the breakfast was limited, but it was a beautiful place and a comfortable place people tried to help. I am very glad there were many watchful eyes at the swimming pool for children. The heat was amazingly strong and the folks let us stay a period of time till we got things in order as our luggage was lost

DislikedIt would’ve been nice if they had guided us to our unit because it was difficult to find as we were not familiar with the property that would’ve been beneficial for us and I’m sure it would be beneficial for others arriving in the night

LikedThe food and staff was excellent The place was just amazing just to sit back and relax and me and my husband really enjoyed the time there
