“Stylish and sophisticated!”

LikedThe property is very beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. A lot of energy and the lobby is full of buzz throughout the entire day. It’s so busy that at night they ask if you have dinner reservations when arriving. We let them know we were staying at the hotel and promptly let us in. The rooms are well appointed and the bed was a dream. Their bath products smell amazing and their gift shop is worth the visit. Fantastic clothes selection if you want something casual or chic. The food at Thea was fabulous. Be sure and make reservations for the restaurants. They are extremely popular with the locals. This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as a place to see and be seen.

DislikedIf you are looking for pure relaxation this is not the spot. You are very stimulated by all the activity taking place. And Thea the Mediterranean restaurant is fabulous but it does turn into a night club feel by 9:00 pm. Again, great for people watching but don’t go if you’re looking for a quiet dinner. A couple of the things that I noticed and found odd. No full length mirrors in the room. No sugar for your morning coffee. And the Dyson dryer was missing the nozzle. Housekeeping should check that when cleaning. Unfortunately I couldn’t tip housekeeping as when I went downstairs no one was able to change my $100 bill for smaller bills. They have an incredibly discretionary customer who apparently carry’s big bills and the entire property had no small bills Sunday morning. I’m sure that is common during the weekends.

“Perfect location and beautiful people.”

LikedLocation is amazing. Great gym, not too busy. Quiet rooms and luxurious beds. Wonderful amenities and awesome lobby bar.

DislikedSome of the staff were a little curt or abrupt. But others were excellent

“Excellent grounds, 5 star service and 10 out of 10 on the room quality.”

LikedVery elegant and luxury vibe and feel. Service is excellent and staff is very responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Rooms were very clean, bed was soft and comfortable, and bathroom was clean and proportionate to the room.

DislikedThe pillows were body size, but the feel was subpar for the luxury style hotel I think they were trying to portray. Pillows were too airy and soft. Low quality. Other than that, it was a very very clean and the restaurants are very good. All of the new money singles and couples are in the lobby restaurant and up on the rooftop bar, hence the loud ambience is a little overbearing, but those drinking seem to be enjoying themselves.

“Nice attention to detail”

LikedFelt new. Liked the room mini bar area - books, menu etc A lot of attention to detail on carefully selected brands they work with eg goop and Augustinus bader. Technogym was amazing, especially the little chocolate protein balls and hydration water they provide in gym. Nice vibe in lobby area

DislikedYoung Lady serving breakfast at le ame could have smiled more. Not much to do here apart from pool and gym. Food menu for vegetarians was just ok, truffle fries were bit overcooked and crispy
