Mai House Saigon Hotel

LikedWhat a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Have to say for the value for money was excellent. The staff both in the restaurant and the bar were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Really felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Also while not run by the hotel but located in it, the Mediterranean restaurant was incredible for both food and the service. The pool was perfect, the gym just enough and the roof top bar/restaurant was so good, the views over the city were amazing.

DislikedI think this is a first, because I'm struggling to think of anything that we didn't like. It was really that good!

LikedHotel is lovely, gorgeous reception with welcoming staff. Pianist in the lobby where you can have a drink. The rooftop bar is great, lovely cocktails and sunset view. Comfy beds make a very relaxing sleep.

LikedThe Mai House Saigon is a first-class hotel. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The room was comfortable and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We signed up for the VIP package which gave us access to the VIP Lounge. This was worth every penny. We had a first rate complimentary happy hour (two hours) nightly complete with very creative appetizers. The servers in this lounge made you feel like you were at home. Can't compliment Don enough. We didn't use the pool but it was lovely. Excellent location on a relative quiet street, but convenient to local sights. Excellent breakfast buffet.
