DislikedAirport pickup way too expensive and serving used water bottles! This is not acceptable. Reception staff lacking some trainings... You do not ask for a customer to pay his extra bills 48 hours after his arrival because the amount exceeded the deposit, especially while full stay was already prepaid…this sounded as a lack of trust! Hotel spa lacking sauna, steam room and or jacuzzi

LikedWe visit a few times a year for a staycation and always feel like we’ve had a mini vacation.

LikedThe hotel itself excellent, rooms are amazing. Hotel facilities are great. The only downside is that the hotel is far from downtown of Saigon. Traffic is always chaotic, you’re spending at least 40-45 minutes to reach the downtown at anytime of the day.

LikedLocation is okay... the property and rooms are fantastic.

DislikedThe location seems to be amongst broken back streets.

LikedThe room is large and comfortable. Breakfast has buffet and a la carte options. Excellent staff!

DislikedThe tv/movie offerings are old. Maybe an app like Netflix could be added to the TVs in the room?

LikedEverything is just amazing. Rooms are spotless clean, staff super friendly. Food is super tasty and reasonable prices. We had a great time and they surprised me for my birthday, which I appreciate. We'll definitely come back again to this hotel.

DislikedOne small thing. I pressed on a bottle of shampoo to use it and it fell so it was broken and I was ask to pay for it. I think it's super easy to break one of these ceramic bottles by accident. I appreciate it's not plastic, as I'm a very pro environment friendly person but I've seen in other hotels they are put in a wall hanger which prevents them for falling. It's not a problem for 15$ but it's just something that I didn't like

LikedI love the view from our room, the layout, the entrance, everything was impressive and the staff was so nice. We were welcomed with local candy and with a smile. Everyone treated us with courtesy and made us feel valued

DislikedThe only downside is that the hotel is tucked away. Though it's easy to leave and for most if might be a plus to be away from the main city noise.

DislikedNon responsive to request for drinking water in the room. Limited breakast buffet selection.
