Four Seasons The Nam Hai, Hoi An, Vietnam

LikedThe property was just absolutely incredible. One of the best hotels in the world!!! We were worried about not staying in town, but that not a problem whatsoever. I feel like the pictures don’t really do the resort justice, especially the pool area. The pool was beautiful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a group of 6 of us, which also had a pool. We rotated between pool, beach, and villa pool. The value was phenomenal for what you get. I can’t speak highly enough about how great our butler Thuong was. He was so accommodating and predicted our every move and needs. But it wasn’t just the butler, the entire staff works like a well oiled machine. So much attention to detail. Just fabulous. Absolute 10/10 experience.

DislikedMy only feedback for the resort would be around the dinner. There is a fabulous in room dining menu that would be nice to have a restaurant at night that has more of a menu like that. It was only the Vietnamese, Japanese, and Indian. They were very accommodating and let us order food of that menu to the dinner area so not really a big deal, just a suggestion to expand the dining option or menu.

LikedNicest beach resort I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful architecture, room, pool are and beach. Staff is so so helpful and nice. They make you feel right at home. Food is outstanding. Pure relaxation with great views.

LikedOur 3-bedroom villas was HUGE. Got upgraded to a beachfront villa. Amazing service at every restaurant. Beautiful surroundings with great attention to detail. Everything was actually perfect. Fun free activities for the kids and adults (making lanterns). Great sport facilities, and cold towels everywhere!

DislikedSome services were very expensive, knowing what they cost outside of the hotel, eg day trip fishing with the locals.

LikedOur stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The villa was wonderfully spacious - so much so that we briefly considered extending our stay indefinitely and just moving in. What truly made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. Every request was handled with a smile, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The facilities were fantastic as well. The gym, the tennis courts are great, the food Everything was very much up to Four Seasons standards - arguably even leading the pack. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay due to the weather. That could have been stressful, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our change of plans, which we really appreciated. The only downside is that we left feeling like we had only scratched the surface. There were so many things we didn’t get the chance to try yet. We will definitely be back.

LikedEverything .. It’s the four seasons.. the epitome of hospitality The Indian restaurant was amazing but the omakase restaurant was world class. We travel all Over the world all year round and this has become our number 1 restaurant experience thanks to chef Okta who elevated our experience.
