LikedThe service was excellent from start to finish. Kathy and everyone at reception were genuinely warm, helpful and accommodating. The room felt luxurious and very comfortable, especially for the price. The buffet breakfast was also really good with plenty of choices. Overall, the hotel offers great value and the staff made the stay even better.

DislikedIn the rainy season , you should know that some rooms have noise from the frogs outside.. nether the less, we requested the hotel to change rooms and they helped us immediately without any problem and received a quiet room

LikedEverything about Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An was just great. Favorite hotel in Vietnam after 2 weeks in the country. Ame was super nice and everyone looked so happy to help with everything. Clean, spacious and just overall great experience. 5 stars!

LikedWonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices, and the swimming pool was lovely and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Ame, who was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. We also had a massage at the hotel spa, and it was amazing! The therapists were very professional, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend trying the massage during your stay. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests. We took the bicycles and rode around the nearby rice fields, which was such a beautiful and memorable experience. 🌾🚲 The location is also very convenient — the Old Town is only around 10 minutes away by Grab.

LikedThe staff here is incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from offering a welcoming drink, small snacks, and cold towels upon arrival, rotating the morning shot for every breakfast, to capturing the taxi license plate on every drop-off to facilitate quick retrieval of the belongings in case the hotel guest forget them in the car.
