LikedThis is such a peaceful and amazing property to stay in. The staff are incredibly accommodating and we loved staying here in Hoi An. We even changed our flight so we could stay longer!

LikedLocation - a very short walk from the super touristy areas but far enough to feel quiet and relaxing. We had a river view room with small balcony - nice to over look the water and island across the way. Staff - everyone was so kind, courteous and helpful. They offered info on things to see/do, handled our request for laundry to be done and even assisted us in booking tickets to the Bamboo Circus - which we loved and highly recommend! Pool - we didn’t get to use it but despite being small, it looked lovely and was busy in the afternoons with many guests enjoying it.

DislikedNothing really. Just a small note: the bath towels were a bit thin, 2 per day water bottles in room were very small and you’ll need to pack your own body lotion, but other bathroom amenities were provided. However, none of these were major factors for us at all.

LikedWe enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very well located by the old town, very clean with excellent staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and serviced very well each day. Breakfast was excellent, a very nice selection of Vietnamese and Western dishes, great Vietnamese Coffee and lots of food options in a nice setting.

DislikedUnfortunately there's a few venues playing loud music until the early hours and this really impacted our sleep. We understand it's not the hotels' fault, though hotels in the area should do more to fight the late night noise that can go to 2am or 3am. This was a very peaceful town in the past and each time I've returned the late night party rave is getting worse (this was my 4th time in Hoian). I'm glad we didn't stay on the island on the opposite side of the river where the noise levels were even worse.

LikedEverything was great! She hotel is cozy and pretty, the rooms are great and clean, the pool and the bar are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful and will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Definitely recommend staying there.
