LikedVery nice place and amazing breakfast. The laundry service was very quick as well.
DislikedThe staff wanted too much to sell us tours everyday. Even at breakfast, someone would come up to our table to ask what our plans were and try and sell tours.
LikedLocation is excellent, an easy walk to the Old Town. We had a room overlooking the river, and it was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The staff were excellent, although they could not understand why we did not want to take any tours (we have been to Hoi An many times before, and were here again to shop and relax). We used the free bikes every day for getting around, and used the pool a lot. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices.
Dislikedcould not improve anything, dont hesitate to stay here.

DislikedI don't really see why charging minimal money for bottles of water in the fridge is a good policy. Just add an extra euro to the room fare, but make more water available for free than 2x0.5l, in a country, where you aren't supposed to drink tap water.
LikedWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We came as a group of 17 and were all extremely pleased with the rooms, location and care from the staff. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted so warmly! The hotel itself is so beautiful, only a 10 minute walk into the old town and a minute walk to the river for a more peaceful walk into town. The pool was a great way to cool down and relax and we enjoyed the buffet each morning for breakfast, with many options, they even were knowledgeable in gluten free for my son and provided him with some bread on request. The staff went out of their way to make a suprise engagement even more special, helping to organise beautiful flowers and a cake at such short notice (4 hours). They're all wonderful and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you to Bella and the team for taking such great care of us!

LikedHotel was in a great location! Was walking distance to the old town but far enough away to have some quiet! Rooms were very spacious and modern and our room had a massive bathtub which was amazing! Reception staff were very friendly and helped us organize lots of things!
DislikedPool area was really nice but a little small, we weren’t able to use it and the chairs filled up pretty quickly. Breakfast area had lots of vegetarian options but limited for vegans.
