LikedWe really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely, always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They were especially helpful in arranging our transport to and from the airport, which made things so much easier for us. I also really appreciated the great selection of vegan dishes on the menu, as it's not always easy to find so many options when travelling. The staff really made our stay a pleasant one, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

LikedGreat location! Quiet because it’s out of the old town yet easily accessible via bike or Grab! Loved the free bikes which we used to go into old town every day and the staff is just wonderful. The Bellmen were always at attention and helped us check out our bikes every day, after the second day they just put ours aside because they knew they were all adjusted for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities with a big shout out to Sue who was wonderful, I used her services three separate times and loved her! Nice breakfast to start the day.

LikedThe staff are very efficient and organized. From my airport and hotel transfers. They are very accommodating. I had a 8 am flight so it means it cant take my breakfast in the hotel, however, they packed food for me to bring in the airport. I was so happy.

LikedVery friendly and helpful staff. They really take the time to go over all the sites to visit when you arrive and even give you a map. Breakfast always very nice as well. I highly recommend this to all visiting.

LikedI have never written for any hotels' review before on booking. This hotel is the first one. Staffs are very friendly, helpful The room is really clean and comfortable. The view along the river is very beautiful. My family will be back again in the future.
