Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna - A Leading Hotel of the World

LikedStaff was friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent! The room is clean and comfortable and overall a good choice hotel. They provided a welcome note and welcome gesture which was really kind. They told us the room was upgraded but it wasn't the spacious one, it was the same one I booked on booking.com

DislikedThe replenishment of the room during room service is not great. We had to call every day to ask for new mugs and coffee capsules to use so they need to be more hands on with their guests on such requests. Why can't you add extra if it was a first time request then on day 2 and then day 3. Also, it's unfortunate we didn't use the spa as there is one therapist who can acommodate three of us, so we couldn't do our massages at the same time which means we need to keep three hours free so hence we had to cancel.

Furthermore, after mentioning that I was traveling with my wife, the staff spontaneously organized a beautiful welcome for her. We walked into our villa to find a bottle of wine, high-quality chocolates, beautiful bed decorations, and a stunning flower bouquet. The proactive service and genuine thoughtfulness of the team made our trip incredibly special. Highly recommended!"

LikedEverything about the Anantara Palace was great. The check-in process was smooth, and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite! The suites at this property are luxurious. The design is modern, with ample wardrobe space, a comfortable seating area, and a plush bed. The property is historical, and you feel that throughout.
