LikedBeautiful pool. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Room was comfortable.
DislikedOur window looked out onto a roof/ building and was pretty dark which was kind of disappointing for a suite stay. We had to call down to get our luggage sent to our room, it took a couple of hours because they had forgotten. Just a couple of weird things with staff that I wouldn’t expect at this price point
LikedAmazing! Outstanding atmosphere! Breakfast spectacular! The best location in the city! The restaurant is unbelievably!
LikedAbsolute class from first to last. Shout out to our friend Nico at the front desk, who made our short stay in Vienna so memorable. Service was impeccable. Room was elegant and refined. We will be back with our family, and we know exactly where to stay.
LikedComfortable. Location and breakfast is amaaazing 😍
LikedThe Breakfast and dining area. Very elegant. Worth staying just for that. The swimming pool and the facilities around d it were also wonderful.
DislikedThe entrance - DULL and not clear it was an entrance. It seems that they had locked the door at about 9pm arrival in winter and No doormen were visible. Waited 5 minutes in the cold to enter. Ended up going to the side entrance via restaurant entrance to get their attention. Really unacceptable.
LikedThe location perfect, the staff are very supportive. The rooms are great. We had some issue with 1st night in which we could not sleep at all due room was so hot and ac not working, on second day we changed room and it was perfect.
