LikedEverything was excellent. The most outstanding part was the professionalism throughout the entire stay. The reception experience was exceptional, especially thanks to the receptionist Ivana, who was very polite, elegant, highly professional, and clearly knows her job very well. She was also very fast and efficient with all procedures. The location is very good, the gym is excellent and very clean, and breakfast was a very good experience. The doormen were all extremely polite and professional. Overall, a truly outstanding stay.

DislikedThe only issue I experienced was related to a mistake during the night shift. I had booked my room through Booking.com with prepaid payment. Upon arrival, the receptionist noticed this and only charged me the security deposit. However, another staff member later charged the room amount again to my card by mistake. When I returned to the reception and informed them, they investigated the issue and confirmed it was an error, and assured me that the amount would be refunded. Personally, this did not affect me, but I always think about other travelers. Not everyone is able to easily recharge their card balance while traveling, and situations like this could significantly impact someone’s travel budget. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

LikedEvery is set to let you live the experience you planned to have. In many situation the staff went even beyond our expectations. So far among the best experiences we had.

DislikedThere was nothing there we could complain about. If we have to find anything maybe the shift from a buffet to à la carte breakfast without previous information to the guests but both the experienced were perfect though different.

LikedThe hotel is new and well decorated. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast area. Excellent location.

DislikedThe pillows are very big. They should offer different types of pillows.

DislikedThe air conditioning can be a bit cooler and there’s a drilling noise from unit nearby in the morning although not very loud

LikedThe hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job – everything was spotless and very well maintained during our stay.

DislikedBreakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The staff at breakfast were very disorganized. Our orders were repeatedly forgotten, even though there were not that many guests. We had to remind them several times about what we had ordered, and in the end they even tried to overcharge us on the bill. We also had to ask for the bill multiple times before anyone brought it. What was even more surprising was the inconsistency in the food. The day before, the breakfast was much tastier and well prepared. The next day it was completely different and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this class. The cappuccino was also extremely poor — honestly unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Overall, the breakfast service and quality were very disappointing and definitely need serious improvement.
