LikedThe staff were incredible!!!! I loved all the bell men and wine and the concierges. They never made us feel like a nuisance and always seemed so excited to have us there
LikedThe staff, the room. The hotel itself makes you feel like you were in the 1800's. It is worth going at least once in a lifetime.
DislikedBed was not the bed I have slept in. For me, pillows we too flat, even when having more than one. Breakfast was very good, but not the best one I have been, specially for the price.
