LikedExceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable room and amenities. Delicious breakfast and timing. Special thanks to the Reception desk, the concierge and breakfast teams; they were very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated a lot their tips and guidance for our visit to Vienna.

LikedStaff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful. Concierge found us tickets to sold out performance of Magic Flute at the State Opera House. Great breakfast and delicious fare and drinks at restaurant. Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Restaurants, museums, shopping all within walking distance.
DislikedRoom is a little bit dated and cupboard to mini fridge did not close properly.
Likedthe room service was genuinely very nice along either side neat and clean rooms!

LikedThe staff was exceptional going out of their way to be helpful. The Concierge, Oscar, went so far as to walk to a restaurant and book us a table becasue the restaurant was not answering the phone. Matthew, at the front desk, was cheerful and helpful, at one point walking with us outside of the hotel to point us in the correct walking direction. The room was ample especially by European standards as was the bathroom. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning. The selection was extensive and well prepared and even though they seemed a little short staffed the first morning they seemed to get control of the situation and the staff was very pleasant and responsive. Walking distance to all the major attractions such as the opera.
