The photos online don’t do it justice - character everywhere you look (being a former Bank it didn’t feel like a typical hotel), a lounge was available 24 hours a day serving complimentary drinks and snacks and the service was fantastic. LikedCharming, clean, everywhere authentic details in the decor, the floors, walls, ceilings. It was a breath of fresh air from the usual run of the mill Hyatt or Marriott offering. Breakfast was amazing too..

LikedI had such a nice time at this hotel. There are 3 exceptional staff working here, Mr Abdulateef, Mr Louise, and Mr Climont ( I hope I spelled them correctly ). They made my whole experience wonderful. Thank you so much for making it a special experience!

DislikedHalf the staff was amazing, but unfortunately the other shift of staff was the complete opposite. The man working at night had my AC control on heat mood. And I had to ask twice to have my room cold. His attitude was not nice and he did not make my room cold he kept it warm. And the lady in the morning was also very condescending. They were a complete opposite of the other staff on a different shift. Also I was charged twice from the hotel and still pending to receive my money back.

LikedEverything about the hotel was wonderful, but it was the staff which made it exceptional. Isabelle, Aeshia, and Jasmine were welcoming and so helpful. And shout-out to Louis who recommended the absolute best cocktail bar which suited my style perfectly! My only regret is that I could only stayed one night.
