LikedThe property is beautiful. Great amenities, the Basin is amazing and Lake Louise is beautiful m we had a room facing the lake.

LikedThe property was a convenient location to really embrace the lake. They had a lot of hotel activities such as kids check-in with treasure box kids craft party s'mores at the fire and they had an adult cocktail class that you do need to register in advance all included.

LikedThe basin was so nice I really enjoyed it so much to do and the pool was crazy nice everyone that worked there are so nice too. The hotel room had such a nice view. The shower was nice big rain shower. Everything was very clean. Coffee is very good. Such pretty hiking trails. The food was so good all the Restaurant’s & bars.
DislikedI wish they had a Resturant that you could eat with your dog even if it was outside or tables in the lobby . Room service is good but not the same as a Resturant or bar.maybe have a bar that you can take your pet to would be nice.
