LikedLoved everything about the hotel but the beds. Hard as a rock and mattress protector was plasticy making it an uncomfortable sleep.

LikedThey made our stay exceptionally pleasant, as we were there to celebrate our family members Birthdays! They went above and beyond with having our room ready for an early check-in, as well as having a little "Happy Birthday" cake, which was a nice touch! The mountain views from our room were breathtaking. Staying at Hotel Canoe is a must! We shall be back someday!
“The very best location to stay in the town of Banff to use transportation beautiful”
LikedThe rooms were very nice and big, I loved the daily fresh coffees and teas that we could brew in the room, hotel is perfectly next to the first pick up bus that leads to town, which makes it incredibly convenient, so the buses weren’t crowded when we got on. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and spotless. It was perfect.

“Cozy outdoor feel with all the comforts of home”
LikedIts location was perfect. Slightly away from the crowds on Banff Avenue, but also easy to access the roads to other adventures. Sudden Sally in the hotel was the perfect spot for breakfast or dinner . The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also the views from the hotel itself were sensational.
DislikedOur specific room (409) was right about the laundry room and whatever system it was we would hear it running and going out on the balcony was kind of loud when it was running. It also had a little bit of a sulfur smell.

LikedGreat place to stay, public transport is available, a few times we even walked. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, hot tub has an awesome view of the mountains
