LikedThe staff were amazing!! The room was a perfect set up for our family of 4. The cleanliness, the fourth floor access to the pool and hot tubs and lastly the view!! All amazing!!

LikedThe location was perfect. Easy walk to town. The hotel is super comfortable and the fireplace in the lobby was heavenly. Best of all was the staff. Always ready to help and so very knowledgeable about Banff and the surrounding area.
“Amazing stay”
LikedIt’s one of the few closest hotels to downtown Banff. Food is great at Pacini, and the rooms are very spacious.

LikedLocation is awesome! Rooms were super clean and loved how they were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Free parking garage beneath the hotel was great and easy.
DislikedKids in the hot tubs were a bit of nuisance treating them like a pool. The remote in our living space did not work. The towels were somewhat rough but they did give plenty and were replenished daily.
LikedThe location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean.

DislikedDouble check your pre-booked spa treatments when you arrive to be sure it’s good to go. Unfortunately ours was missed.
