LikedThe price was really good for the quality of the rooms and the helpful staff. The brunch was also very nice. SPA is good also.
LikedThe room was very spacious with a coffee machine and a very nice washroom. We also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and the gym facilities. The tread mill with the monitor that matched the scenery & the workout with the hills were neat. Great location with markets & many restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable.
DislikedBreakfast is not included. It would've been nice to have a microwave. There were no garbage bags in the trash cans which was strange. When we were checking out and asked for a taxi we were only offered the hotel SUV which was pricey, as are all the hotel restaurants.

LikedExcellent service in general, however truly exceptional service and quality experience at Epoch - the manager Yaroslav is amazing alongside his team at the bar, Jon and Ozzy. They really went above and beyond to make special experiences happen and I will come back to this property expecially because of them. Truly WOW! And truly oustanding gentlemen.
