LikedGood location, a lot of attention from staff, clean room, nice bed, best breakfast.

DislikedGuests were smoking cannabis outside the pool and on the bridge, where a “whistler” sign is displayed.

Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with the gas fireplace and stunning mountain views making it hard to leave each morning. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were pure magic after a day of adventures, and the ski concierge made everything so seamless and stress-free. Your team’s attentive, genuine service truly stood out and made us feel right at home in the mountains

DislikedI honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like—everything from the warm welcome and impeccable service to the stunning room, magical outdoor pool, and seamless ski concierge exceeded my expectations. It was truly a flawless stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

LikedGreat property with lots of things to do on-site. The rooms are very spacious and have modern features, yet look and feel cozy. The pool/outdoor sauna area and the wellness center offered a great way to relax. The concierge was very helpful and attentive and had lots of different activities to offer. I visited in late fall, and the hotel was offering a daily hot chocolate stand and a wine tasting which were a nice touch.

DislikedThe restaurant didn’t have too many vegetarian options for dinner.

LikedWe had a very nice and relaxing stay. Appreciated staffs attentiveness as well as the additional activities that the Four Seasons hosts. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet yet cozy! Made for a rejuvenating weekend.

DislikedWas disappointment by the pool facilities. Found the hot tubs to not be warm enough, and water levels low. When we used it around 5pm, the change rooms were also a mess with dirty towels and sandals. Towel warmer empty. Where the hotel is situated, the pool also does not have a view of the hill and being adjacent to the road, did find it a bit noisey near the sauna.

LikedThe rooms were very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet and definitely exceeded our expectations. We loved the pool and steam room.
