Park Hyatt Shanghai

LikedClean modern hotel in the heart of Shanghai. All floors are high-floor with great views. Wish we opted in for the Oriental Pearl view though (don't get mislead by "City View" being the "city" - it's rather back-city 😁). Great facilities, heated pool, spa. Great breakfast buffet combining western and eastern cuisines while overlooking Shanghai from 90-something floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't see too many people there (compared to Grand Hyatt). Next visit would definitely choose Park.

DislikedInternet, but I learnt it is what it is. We used Airalo Unlim for entire trip which was ok.

LikedThe location was excellent, the staff was really kind and helpful, always available and smily <3.

DislikedAt this point, I would suggest to renovate the rooms and make them more modern.

LikedThe view is heavenly. Excellent breakfast. Great staff. Pool was amazing.

LikedThe central A/C system in the building did not work great with a properly like this and the amount of money the guests are paying we should not be in the building sweating like pigs, can’t enjoy tea or breakfast in the morning because it is so hot.
