LikedThe most beautiful hotel in Shanghai! The design was wonderfully done! Detail in every corner of the hotel is beautiful! Attention to detail level is 10/10. I don’t know who did their design. Big admiration! Great job! The late breakfast option is excellent! It is worth the extra money to pay at the desk! It was 400RMB per day I believe. The restaurant is beautiful. The food is impeccable, from high end fancy French pastries to eastern Shanghainese dishes, soup dumplings, noodles… It would be better if you go with friends, otherwise in my case solo traveler you can’t really explore much and you will be full… I wanted to try the fresh fruit but I am so full to the max already. So I didn’t have the chance. They were really kind to give me smaller portions, the staff was really thoughtful and kind!
DislikedI did not like the smell of the bed. The duvet on the bed is down-filled. I did not sleep well in this beautiful room.
