Cinco Quintas Hotel Boutique

LikedThe location of the hotel is perfect. It is inside the walled city so you're in the heart of the historic centre. There are restaurants and bars on the street of the hotel so you don't need to venture far. We didn't need to get a car at any point during our stay, everything we needed was walking distance.

DislikedThe only thing we didn't like was that our room didn't have a full length mirror. We mentioned this to the staff and they were more than happy to take our feedback into consideration.

DislikedThe lights next to the beds need to have a separated switch. There was no option for dimmed light. Breakfast could include a vegan option

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at Cinco Quintas in Cartagena! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historic center and within walking distance of everything. The hotel is set in a stunning old colonial house, beautifully decorated and full of charm. Our room was exceptionally spacious and had an enormous private terrace, which we absolutely loved. The pool was magnificent and provided the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

DislikedThere are just two areas that could be improved: the breakfast could offer better quality and more variety, and the laundry prices are extremely high. Overall, Cinco Quintas is a beautiful and charming place to stay, with an outstanding location, wonderful facilities, and exceptional staff. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it!

LikedThe location was great. Right in the historic area, but the rooms are at the back of the hotel, so away from the front which is a lively quite noisy road. The bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep. The decor is lovely, rooms super comfortable.

DislikedThere isn't really a rooftop bar. There is a bar / restaurant next door (which is through a dividing door). So if you want to go for a proper drink or something to eat in the evening, you go out of the restaurant foyer, and into the restaurant / bar next door. Same for the breakfast (which wasn't nice).
