LikedIt is a beautiful facility. The staff is exceptional from front desk, cook and cleaning people. The welcome cocktails were a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts were delicious and so fresh. The cook made personalized requests. We were happy with everything.

LikedAs a couple over 80, having a quiet, peaceful bedroom with easy accessibility was our top priority, and that is precisely what we received. The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by great places to eat and local grocery shops. Taxis can drop you directly at the main entrance, making arrival simple even without on-site parking. We loved the large, comfortable bed and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious included breakfast. Everything is in pristine condition as the hotel recently opened. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Mildred for her incredible warmth and hospitality!

LikedThe location was exceptional, close to everything we wanted to see and visit, with plenty of restaurants near the area and also very walkable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and accommodated to all of our dietary needs (allergies, etc.) The beds and sheets were very soft, we had a pleasant, restful stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, well designed hotel in an unbeatable location.

Liked5 stars. It is a massive colonial property, with a lot of historic details in its walls, ceilings and furniture that take you back to the cartagena of royal times. Location was perfect, in Getsemani, walking distance to everything, but without the noise that comes with the neighborhood. We got an upgrade to a Suite with a large living room and a private balcony facing the old city walls, which made our stay extra special. Breakfast is plenty and with good variety. There is a main pool in the inner courtyard and a few jacuzzis in the rooftop, which we used to relax in the evenings. Angie and the team were super friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect.
