Likedהכוח של המלון הזה לא באמת עובר דרך התמונות – צריך להיות בו כדי להבין. הקסם שלו נמצא בפרטים הקטנים, ביחס ובשירות שממש עוטף אותך מכל הכיוונים לאורך כל השהות. המלון נקי מאוד, מסודר ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, והשירות מצוין בכל רחבי המלון. יש תחושה אמיתית של תשומת לב לאורחים ושל צוות שרוצה שיהיה לך נעים. גם למשפחות עם ילדים יש נקודות חזקות במיוחד. פעילות הנינג'ה בחוף הייתה מצוינת – פעילות כיפית ומוצלחת מאוד לילדים, ובהחלט אחד הדברים שהם נהנו מהם במיוחד. המלון מפוצץ בישראלים - לפחות 50% אם לא 70% - למי שאוהב הרבה ישראלים מסביבו על כל המשתמע - הנאה מובטחת

Dislikedלצד כל הדברים הטובים, היו גם כמה נקודות שפחות אהבנו. ראשית, החדרים ללא מרפסת הם חיסרון משמעותי, במיוחד בחופשת קיץ עם ילדים. אין למעשה מקום נוח לייבש בגדי ים ובגדים רטובים. ההמלצה שלנו היא להתעקש מראש על חדר עם מרפסת. בחדר שלנו היה גם ריח מאוד לא נעים של טחב ועובש, וזה בהחלט פגע בחוויה. הבריכה הראשית הייתה חמה מדי. בימים חמים מצפים שהכניסה לבריכה תהיה מרעננת, אבל המים היו כל כך חמים שלא היה בה שום אלמנט של רענון לאורך היום. נקודה נוספת וחריגה ביחס לשירות המצוין שקיבלנו כמעט בכל מקום אחר במלון הייתה המלצר הראשי בארוחת הערב, שהיה מאוד לא נחמד ולא תאם בכלל את רמת השירות הגבוהה של שאר הצוות.

DislikedI didn't like the pillows. There were two of them and I didn't like either of them.

LikedEverything about the hotel was absolutely excellent. The facilities, the service, and the overall experience were fantastic.

DislikedUnfortunately, our experience at the kids' club was deeply disappointing due to a staff member named Tiffany (not Stephanie). My wife and 5-year-old daughter do not speak English. Due to a language barrier, they didn't understand the rule that a child cannot get both a hand painting and a face painting. After getting a small painting on her hand, my daughter innocently waited in line to get her face painted. Instead of handling the misunderstanding gently, Tiffany behaved incredibly rudely and harshly, causing a 5-year-old little girl to burst into tears just because of a language barrier! It is unacceptable that someone with such a lack of patience and empathy is allowed to work with young children. When I went to speak with her, she continued to be extremely rude. The situation was only resolved after I spoke with the guest relations manager. Following that, Stephanie from the kids' club stepped in, came over, and beautifully did the face painting for my daughter, completely saving the day. This entire stressful situation could have been easily avoided. Tiffany chose to turn a simple misunderstanding into a conflict with a 5-year-old child instead of just being kind and fixing it. A huge thank you to Stephanie and the management for fixing it, but Tiffany's behavior was a disgrace to an otherwise perfect hotel.

LikedEverything was beyond our expectations. The hotel is amazing. It has everything you need in your vacation. The attention to detail is incredible.

LikedThis was our 3rd visit to Amathus and it was nothing less than perfect. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is immaculately clean, the staff goes above and beyond to please and the spa is wonderful. We arrived early and were provided with a complimentary breakfast. We were upgraded to a sea view room. We couldn’t ask for more and are already looking forward to our next visit.

DislikedThe location is a bit far from the city. But the bus stop was just outside of the hotel.

LikedThe hotel has all facilities you need. Both for children and adults. Even when the hotel is fully booked, you don’t feel it’s crowded. There’s room for all. The food is delicious. Every day different menu. The staff is very professional and friendly. Every corner of the hotel is perfectly clean. And so is the beach. Highly recommended.
