Four Seasons Hotel

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We were very impressed with the level of service and the genuine care shown to guests throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit every taste. We would especially like to thank Despina at the reception for her kindness and attentiveness. She is an incredible, charismatic, open person and a true professional. A special mention goes to Konstantinos, CEO assistant, who gave us such a wonderful welcome and made us feel truly special from the very beginning. His warm attitude, excellent communication, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We are very grateful and look forward to returning!

LikedThe staff is outstanding - everyone is tuned to one important thing - make us the customers happy - really !!! The 3 restaurants are great the Italian is outstanding 👏 The rooms are spacious and being cleaned twice a day thoroughly P.S. one thing that we noticed that differentiate the hotel is that it’s so GREAN 🌿- walking around the Limassol beachfront promenade you can immediately notice that the other hotels don’t look so nice as this one and it’s all about the plants and trees - well done🌿👏

DislikedI would have preferred that it would have a “real” private beach which is part of the hotel - but, saying that, the beach was great and the service at the beach was also outstanding as was everything at this hotel

LikedI had an incredible experience. The food at the Vida Bar was absolutely delicious—every meal was a highlight. The spa was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, providing the perfect escape. I also absolutely loved the private adults-only pool, which offered a quiet, peaceful atmosphere to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury and top-tier service!

DislikedWhile the resort is beautiful, a couple of things can be better. We stayed in a beach room, which is located outside of the main hotel building, making us feel a bit like outsiders. Additionally, the private adults-only pool was missing some ambiance; playing some nice, subtle background music would really improve the atmosphere.

LikedI've been to many luxury hotels but never at this level. The staff was smiley and happy and so helpful at everything. The hotel is spotless clean, the room and it's size was absolutely perfect. The food was awesome, the chefs were so nice. From the reception to the pool facilities and restaurants everything was just perfect. Great people, vibe and environment. 10/10 recommended.
