LikedHands down, the absolute highlight of our stay was the kids club. Rachel and Andil were incredible—warm, professional, and genuinely qualified, which gave us total peace of mind leaving our 6-month-old in their care. The facility itself is stunning, featuring incredible rooms packed with a huge variety of toys, just like a top-notch kindergarten. We were thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the facilities, and having access to a separate family play room was a wonderful bonus. Despite the hotel’s large capacity, it never felt crowded. There is a great selection of pools for both adults and babies, and the dining experience exceeded our expectations. The restaurants offer a wide variety of food and are exceptionally well-prepared for families with infants, providing comfortable high chairs, baby spoons, and plates. If you are traveling with a baby, this hotel is a 10/10 recommendation.
DislikedThe pool sun loungers were old and unclean, with spiderwebs underneath, and the in-room facilities could use an update—adding a rain shower in the bathroom would be a great touch. Additionally, I would have loved to see more vegan options available at breakfast. The beach isn't accessible with babies, as it's very dirty and lacks sand.
