Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana - All Inclusive

LikedI absolutely loved everything about the resort. The staff went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations. I highly recommend this resort

DislikedMe parece que la calidad de la comida puede mejorar un poco, me dejó esperando algo mas. Adicionalmente, la seleccion de cerveza estuvo bastante limitada, aun en las secciones de preferred. Y me parecio un poco understaffed los bares, a menudo estaban vacios porque el barman estaba comiendo o haciendo alguna otra cosa.

LikedMe and my wife has been to this resort 3 times now, with this being the first time we brought our kids. ALOT of upgrade have been done since we were last here new water slide upgraded preferred rooms and amenities.

DislikedThe only minor flaw I had is them taking away some of the top shelf alcohol and only making it exclusively for secrets. I feel like if your preferred regardless of which brand your staying at top shelf alcohol should be included. But like i said it was minor and didn’t really effect weather we had a good time here or not.

LikedThe property was clean and quiet. If I wanted to go to the main Dreams resort we had a buggy to pick us to make a smooth transition.

DislikedThe different times you had to eat in the restaurants. It’s should be 24/7 eating at the sit down restaurants. But we did have room service if we missed the times.

LikedDreams is a great resort. The down side of it all was that I purchased the preferred room and amenities. But all the activities and amenities were on the other side. Also I reserved two rooms and they weren’t connected. I wish they would’ve did a better job putting the two room together.

Likedproperty was great. Cleaness, food presentation, hospitality, food service, room service, bar service. Everything about the property was great no complaints. Dolores / Tiki tiki from the front bar by the beach she was fenomenol. Her carisma, her dedication to our family, the service she gave us was expectacular 10 out of 10 her her. 8 out of 10 for the property.

DislikedEverything was great about the property I give it an 8 out of 10 just because I saw 2 insects by the hall way close to the room. Its part of nature just need to pay more attention to pest around property.

LikedBeautiful layout, interesting pool arrangements and lots of shade where you need it. Friendly staff, overall quiet enough in the night.

DislikedFood is too salty, not enough cook vegetable options.
