LikedMy butler Hedral did an excellent job on making sure we didn't need or want anything. Always checked in with us.
DislikedThat it was 40 minutes from the airport but I love the property itself and the people there.

DislikedNot many of the staff spoke English and so the language barrier was a little trying at times. Also, the gym should not have limited opening hours. For a hotel, that should be a 24 hour amenity. Also, you need a tennis court

LikedEverything was excellent!! From the moment we arrived I felt like I was their special guest. The resort is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We did the preferred club swim up room and it was excellent. The restaurants are all delicious.

DislikedThey didn't have bathrooms by the main pool area; you had to go back to your room. And all the locals on the beach trying to sell things meant you couldn't enjoy the beach.
