Zoetry Agua Punta Cana - All Inclusive

LikedWe had a magnificent stay at Zoetry Punta Cana. The property is very beautifully designed and well maintained, staff are busy day and night taking care of the grounds. Our ocean front room was exceptional and had all needed amenities. There are several restaurants that are never too crowded, with great food on rotating menues and obviously room service. We loved the friendly lunch buffet by the pool and the daily drink choices that also included non-alcoholic options. Ultimately the best part of our trip was the exceptional staff at Zoetry: Wilca, Gabriel, Charlie and Pedro at the pool bar, Wendy at front desk, Martiza at the Coco cafe, Joel in the lobby bar, Jahaira and Olivia in spa and Dio our wonderful concierge. The wait staff in all the restaurants were wonderful, too many names to mention!

DislikedWe spent a lot of time at the Caicu pool bar, would be great of they change the music every few days! In addition, the staff did a great job maintaining a peaceful spa atmosphere, however unfortunately some of the guests spoke very loudly in the water therapy area, treating it like a party hot tub rather than a place to relax. Would be great if the property can add a sign to encourage respectful quiet by all guests.

LikedThe people/staff! They all make you feel at home and welcomed. Loved the fact you didn't have to make dinner reservations! Loved my room! Especially the shower area!!

LikedIt’s beautiful beach and spaces, the restaurants and the spa. Manuel is a great Concierge. Eliezer at Front Desk, Daniel at the pool bar, Chamel at a Restaurant and Vianely in the spa were all great!

LikedThe property was beautiful, clean and serene. Our room was amazing, especially the swim up. Our concierge Simeon was the BEST!!! Overall, the service was top notch. I felt like I was home and can’t wait to come back!

LikedThe hotel was an excellent blend of being not too big, getting the personal atmosphere, and not too small, allowing good facilities. Excellent stretch of unspoilt beach.

LikedThe property is as beautiful as on the pictures. The Staff is overly sympathetic and also very attentive and professional - everywhere. Lots of activities in the property throughout the day and into the evening. Classy atmosphere, where the guests enjoy the all-inclusive without abusing. Only very few, calm children. The food is very fresh, good and varied, yet do not expect a Michelin Star (in none of the four restaurants).

DislikedThe location is both great (furthest away from the Airport along Punta Cana shore; this makes transfers longer but we enjoyed the peace ! As an European, the mindset is American - and the prices accordingly (e.g. Spa treatments, albeit excellent, are more expensive than in Switzerland !) The weak Internet connection is being renewed and improved - so that should then do.
