“Wonderful experience”
LikedPretty close to paradise. Food was great - lots of options. I was most surprised by how warm and welcoming staff were. I really hope Hyatt takes care of these folks. Will try to return.

LikedThe view was STUNNING! The people were next level especially the entertainment staff such as Rihanna, Diamond, Mari, Johnnie & other staff such as Steven & Luis. The concierge, Luis, was so helpful and communicated with us about each day’s activities & more! SO MUCH to do on site at Secrets Cap Cana, it made it more enjoyable!! Food was always great! Specifically, the chicken quesadillas & fish tacos from Seaside Grill. We also enjoyed the French, Mexican, & Seafood dining experiences as well! Each had wonderful service. The pool was very well kept & hardly super crowded! The solution master, as he calls himself, was helpful in chair finding & other assistive needs while poolside! The room was super clean & staff was on top of requests for cleaning as well as for room service! Spa experience was 10/10! Very relaxing and enjoyable on vacation! The staff from spa were very kind!

LikedAbsolutely stunning property with an abundance of pool space and access to a pristine beach as well. Proximity to the airport makes it convenient as well.
LikedThe hotel is amazing. Secrets is known for it's Quality but this hotel exceeds it! The buffet has everyrhing You would like, it has manu activitoes so You can learn new abilities and every day is somenthing new.

LikedThe facility is very nice and the staff is awesome. Servers on the beach (Anyelina and Vanessa) are awesome. They took great care of us.
DislikedThe Italian restaurant wasn't our favorite. The buffet doesn't serve dinner. It would've been nice to have a pizza spot at the facility. Television didn't offer enough american channels. The refrigerator in the room was not cold enough. The upgrade price for an "ocean view" room is a bit expensive considering how far you are from the water.
