LikedI like how the property had multiple pools to choose from and a different activity each day going on at the resort.
DislikedI didn’t like how the beach kept washing up seaweed, couldn’t really enjoyed that but excellent views.

LikedOverall this hotel is great honestly. Super clean, staff were awesome and always went above and beyond. My wife and I came here for her birthday while pregnant. Our hotel butler helped me blow up ballons and gave us a complimentary cake for her bday. Jose is the man for this! Also my wife was craving fried rice at the japanese restaurant but the chefs had already cleaned their grills so out waitor asked one of them and he insisted. So overall the staff are awesome here. Pools are great and clean, foods great, drinks are on point! Room service was pretty quick too!
DislikedOnly downside was the beach was full of seaweed, even though its not the hotels fault. And they only open the buffet in the afternoon if they reach a certain capacity which limits what you can eat for lunch. I think they should open the buffet regardless.

LikedIt was gorgeous, the room was exceptional and it wasn’t overcrowded. The restaurants also had great food.
DislikedWish there was more entertainment, and some of the staff was not friendly. Also did not enjoy the forced timeshare presentation to get a free 25 minute massage.
LikedBeautiful resort, well taken care of. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent from the breakfast buffet to dinner restaurants. Staff truly amazing, always attentive!
