Likedthe hotel is nice, the coffee station was very good, the staff was amazing, the restaurant was excellent i love the French Restaurant, the Busher restaurant the show and the food was amazing

DislikedThe pool hours by 7:00 pm the pool is closed should be open until later in summer time with the daylight been longer hours all the pools and the bars close at 7:00 PM. The pool bars start picking up around 6:30 pm so if you want a drink they tell you they are about to close and they do not serve any more drinks it should be open at least until 8:00 pm in summer with the daylight been longer. Also when you arrived, they offer you the Beach Club VIP for me it was not worth it because with this offer which you have to pay $300.00 they offer you the premium beverage package with is not worth it be inform before you buy this Beach Club VIP it is not worth it. The wine selection should be better more quality wines in restaurants event when you pay the Beach Club VIP the wine selection is not the best quality and no variety

LikedThe personnel is very well trained in terms of awesome customer service. The “customer first” culture is evident among all employees. The facility is well maintained and the variety of restaurants is outstanding.

DislikedThe only detail that was frustrating, was the fact that there was a significant amount of sea weeds at the beach. The beach was not usable. Even though is an event related to mother nature; I would had expected a notification in the reservation site about the weeds situation, or at least a significant effort in cleaning the beach on a continuous basis.

DislikedThey did not play Dominican music such as bachata or from the Caribbean. Also a staff member in all beige was recording my cousin in the jacuzzi.
