LikedAll staff were exceptional cordial and helpful. Chef Ali shone. I told our server his Muhammara was better than my grandmothers, for which I had no recipe. He happily shared his and walked me through all the steps. Wow! And thank you.

LikedFriendly and professional staff especially Mr .Bassem Milad Rooms division manager and Mr.Amr from reception 😊 , Mr. Bassem personally checked on everything and followed up with me throughout my stay. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.

LikedWe really enjoyed our stay at the Nile Ritz Carlton Cairo. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Egyptian Museum. The Nile view from the room was spectacular. The staff was outstanding, particularly concierge Marwan who helped us with several reservations. The restaurant had delicious food and nightly entertainment. We felt very safe and well cared for in this hotel.
LikedThe stay exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the facilities were outstanding. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.

LikedGreat location and spacious room. We chose a room with a Nile view, and it was worth every penny. We loved how quiet the room was despite the busy main road outside; no noise could be heard from inside the room. I would also like to thank the Guest Relations team and the Reception staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome. The housekeeping staff on the 8th floor were also highly professional and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.
