LikedSuch a wonderful place to stay! I had a great view of the Nile from my room. It was very accessible to downtown sites like the old Cairo Museum and the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities.

LikedThe service was exceptional. The concierge was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange last-minute tours for us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Overall, we were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.

DislikedThere are limited things to do near the hotel, and the surrounding area is not particularly nice. There isn’t much within walking distance, and the area behind the hotel appears quite run-down and neglected. This made it less convenient to explore the area on foot

LikedHello The best part of the hotel is its location ; direct facing the Nile river ; the views for the sunrise and sunset were amazing . The staff were amazing and so friendly ; moustafa , Marc , Maria , Mariam . Veronica is so sweet and friendly. I felt so welcomed like my house . My room was so clean and bright . The restaurants are so appealing ; the Italian place and the bar staff were so welcoming ….. the best part of my staying was to introduce to the violin player …. Walid Allam …. So so professional and down to earth person and tried to play some songs from my home land - Jordan -. To summarize it up ; the best hospitality I could ask for .

DislikedLittle bit noisy as too many night Nile tours were there ….. of course it’s related to the location of the hotel and not the hotel itself .

LikedThe hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff were outstanding, from the reception team to housekeeping, the restaurants, and the bar. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The wellness center and gym were excellent, offering great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was beautiful and very well maintained, with excellent services that made our experience even more enjoyable.
