LikedBest: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.
DislikedThe pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.

LikedThe staff is exceptional. Especially front desk Manager Mohammed and all the staff by the pool went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. Also great massage by save en. The facilities , decor and pool as I would expect from a Four Season hotel. Highly recommend
