LikedAs usual I always enjoy my stay at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Cairo. The staff are very nice and friendly. The service they provide is exceptional and it makes me feel at home ! I want to highlight on the exceptional service I received from Yasser from Conceirge, Yara Omar from reservations, Nadia from Housekeeping, Islam and Passant at the pool and Lebanese restaurant ! I didn’t forget also Mariam, Dalia and Ali from Conceirge, Antar from Housekeeping and Mohsen from the lobby or around Conceirge team ! Amazing team, very helpful, polite, nice and very much service oriented !! This amazing team made my stay fabulous !! Thank you to each and every one of you ! I am absolutely coming back again to my home in Cairo ❤️

LikedThe breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Syed went above and beyond to make sure we tried a variety of authentic Egyptian dishes, which made the experience even more special. The Nile view from our room was absolutely breathtaking as well.

LikedThe location on the Nile is unbeatable. The rooms are spacious, spotless and the view was stunning. Staff were incredibly attentive and professional. The pool, spa and restaurants were all world class.

LikedLots of space, nice hot shower, comfortable bed, everything was very clean and staff was very nice.

DislikedThe staff who cleans moved our suitcases from where we had them to a stand. We can’t open our suitcases while they are on a stand. We didn’t like our things being moved.

LikedIt was amazing from the moment we checked in the staff was super helpful & friendly. The room was beautiful super clean & extremely comfortable it really exceeded our expectations. The views& the huge terrace was beautiful 🤩. Thais was our third time at Four seasons & I can’t imagine staying any where else in Cairo but there. You get your money’s worth from service high quality food & comfort. I highly recommend it

DislikedOne thing that was a bit bit satisfying was the slow service at some times of the day & some delays in the room service but other than that it was AMAZING

LikedEverything was amazing as usual. The staff service is exceptional, everyone is eager to help, and very attentive to the very tiniest of details. The bed and pillows make you want to stay there all day. The view from the balcony is the best. I wouldn't change a thing about the hotel.
