LikedGreat welcoming staff, friendly, always smiling and accommodating. Property sits right on a beautiful beach with great snorkelling. Omakassi meal was a real indulgence and treat! Food was really good quality! Visiting the church and being part of the service was a real privilege. The choir sung in such harmony with heavenly voices! Don’t miss if you’re there on a Sunday!

DislikedWish we knew they only ran the manta tour on Tuesdays, would have booked accordingly

LikedAll meals were well presented and of good quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sandy beach was excellent but the easy access to the coral reef was exceptional. The quality of the coral was excellent and indicative of healthy environment. This was in contradiction to the United Nations warnings of coral reef degradation. I enjoyed friendly interaction with many guests.

DislikedDespite providing credit card details to Booking.com and paying for food and accommodation before arrival I was required to provide credit card details including CVC at check in. I objected to revealing my CVC number and allowing a full digital colour photo of my passport. Details given compromise my identity and security of my money cards.

LikedThe meals were incredible. Very high quality and delicious. Excellent value with the meal plan.

DislikedThe staff gave us the wrong luggage tags but we did not know what the 3 letter code mean on the tag. Our next destination was Coconut Beach Resort but the staff gave us Oarsman Resort and therefore the luggage were delivered to the wrong island from the Flyer Boat!

LikedEverything was really great: the place, the entertainment, and the resort amenities.

LikedI usually don't write reviews because I am quite lazy... But this was one of my favorite hotel experiences ever!! I stayed at the dorms and found the shared facilities extremely clean. All the staff I interacted with were absolutely lovely, and so very kind. Truly made me feel cared for and like I was a part of the family. Definitely recommend the guided hike!! Also the Japanese restaurant, was the highlight, both the lunch and dinner staff were the kindest and most lovely people, and the food was so yummy!!

LikedOctopus experience is amazing: 1. Located beachfront with a vibrant reef right off the front 2. Cute bungalows and nicely maintained grounds 3. Can your village which is a short walk away 4. Food and service were great, sufficient options and Donu onsite restaurant elevates dining experience 5. Kids club took great care of the children and kept them safe and entertained with activities 6. Staff excellent and we enjoyed our stay
