LikedThe property is very clean and nice. The pool has great views. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also have an in room filtered water faucet, which is so nice.

LikedContemporary design, size of room, comfortable beds, nice bathrobes, filtered water tap, large windows with great views, good-sized and clean gym and pool area and good location (close enough to Kowloon without being in the thick of it). The restaurant on the top floor had excellent dumplings too.

LikedThe amazing cleaning staff. The bed size was large enough to fit two oversized adults and a 5 year old. The pool and views were great. The breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety.
DislikedThe service could have been more friendly when we checked in. Absolutely hated that they had a phone so close to the toilet in our room. Not sanitary and kept getting in the way.

LikedBeautifully decorated and the rooms have great views. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially the concierge desk. I had help with an international package and they were so kind and my package arrived home before I did. The breakfast bar was great.
