LikedMy friend and I stayed at the hotel from Wednesday to Sunday for a birthday trip, and we had a truly wonderful time. What stood out above everything else was the exceptional level of service. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, but what impressed us was the way every single one of them was handled. The team responded with professionalism, generosity and a genuine desire to make things right. Whenever something did not go as planned, an appropriate solution or compensation was offered, and we always felt that the staff truly cared about us having the best possible experience. A huge compliment in particular goes to the Front Desk team. Everyone was incredibly attentive, accommodating and professional throughout our entire stay. This is exactly the kind of service that makes the difference in a hotel of this standard. We also very much enjoyed the restaurant. There was a small mishap regarding a food intolerance, but once again, the way the situation was handled was outstanding – with great care, understanding and generosity. We would especially like to mention Apollónia, the hostess, who left a lasting impression on both of us. Every day, she welcomed us with such warmth, kind words and a wonderful presence and accompanied us to our table. Her attention to detail was remarkable – even when one of our jackets slipped off the back of a chair, she immediately came over to pick it up. These may seem like small gestures, but they are exactly what exceptional hospitality is about. Apollónia embodies the level of service that makes a hotel like this so special – and, ultimately, worth every penny. Despite the few hiccups along the way, we left with overwhelmingly positive memories, precisely because of how wonderfully we were treated. My friend and I had an amazing birthday trip, and the entire team contributed greatly to that. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return.
