“Amazing location, comfortable rooms, good food”
Likedthe hotel's location was amazing. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything was clean and pretty. Our only concern was that the cold water in the bathroom was not really cold but rather lukewarm. That was inconvenient. We were there for 2 nights and did not have a chance to even ask about it.

LikedFirst I liked the location in Santa Maria Novella (in the center). The hotel is so nice, luxurious and elegant. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and nice. The breakfast is good and delicious and so many varieties. I would definitely come back.
