Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts reviews
“Such a beautiful hotel and location will be back!”
LikedThe location was perfect close to everything! You will have to walk so wear comfortable shoes! The hotel is something you see from years ago in NYC. The staff was so helpful! We love filleppe he showed us around the entire place before we checked in! He was the best! So helpful when there was a train strike! And in every other way!! The breakfast, the room was the best! Loved it! Very cozy and historical!
DislikedThe only thing that we had a problem with was the plumbing issue with the toilet. Other than that was perfect!!!
LikedCharming, clean, good breakfast with some decent vegan options.

“Beautiful hotel with professional friendly staff”
LikedWhat a wonderful hotel! Upon arrival the bell staff greeted us and assisted with luggage. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. Our room was lovely. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was very good. We loved the location because so much was within a ten minute walk but not in the thick of the hoards of people. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay again.
DislikedNothing bad to say
