LikedLocation is right in Ninenzaka. Welcomed by cheerful staff who were nice enough to upgrade our room to a better one with a fantastic view of Kyoto. Everything was top notch and exceeded expectations! The elegant Kyoto design style is very classy.

LikedThe Breakfast in the Bistro, Western and Japanese were both delicious. The staff were meticulous in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Right in the heart of the historic area.
DislikedFor women who like natural daylight to apply make-up you need to bring the mirror to the table near the window otherwise the lighting is too warm and dim in the bathroom.

Todos os funcionários foram incríveis - destaque para a equipe de concierges que é espetacular! Conseguiram todas nossas reservas e são muito transparentes sobre taxas aplicadas . Estão de parabéns . O café da manhã também é maravilhoso
DislikedMinha única decepção foi com o jantar Kaiseki no restaurante estrelado Michelin. Apesar do atendimento e as instalações suntuosas a comida não surpreendeu em nada. Escolhemos o menu sem iguarias exóticas e talvez ele valha a pena justamente para quem quer esses pratos. Sugestão para melhoria : instalar ganchos para toalhas no spa de banhos e sauna .
