“Absolutely amazing . Thank you to all the staff for looking after us especially the concierge team .”
LikedOne of the best hotels we have stayed in . The staff showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in hospitality these days , the manager Neil Mcinnes was front and centre and always on hand to offer guidance and advice . Hotel rooms were spotless and well equipped . Location was perfect with access to subway and JR line directly outside the hotel also shopping at Ginza district walkable in 10 mins .
DislikedIt is a struggle to find anything to critique even if we waned to nitpick we cannot think of anything .

LikedStylish and elegant hotel, the room was big, comfortable and with a beautiful view over the city. Very attentive and kind staff, delicious breakfast.
DislikedThe location of the hotel is far from ideal, especially if you want to go for a stroll instead of taking a cab.

LikedLoved the rooms, loved that the station was right below the hotel yet you could hardly hear them. Location was great. Highly recommend. Like most hotel, they provided pyjamas, they also had a turn down service at night.
