“Brilliant service”
LikedConcierge team were great for finding a sushi omakase restaurant that could also cater to vegetarian diets. The room and view was phenomenal. We loved every second of our stay.
DislikedIt'd be nice if the pool wasn't solely a lap pool but that's a minor issue.

LikedThis is epic. The perfect reference. This is how 5-stars hotel should operate and look like. No compromises. Now we measure every other hotel against this one as our benchmark for a 10/10 stay. The renovation is just it has to be: the atmosphere of Lost in Translation is carefully kept, thus you feel that everything is fresh and new.
